Businesses, on average, lose millions of dollars a year online from customers and clients that don’t buy from them, visit their site, then leave.
The question for you is, how much money is your business losing today on lost revenue from people visiting your site that abandon your checkout, abandon your application page, or abandon all the different things that you intend for them to go on to be able to generate revenue.
My name is Benson Sung, and today I want to show you the six core areas for you to recollect hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions of dollars back into your business.
The first core area that you want to focus on remarketing is through Facebook, Google, email, and through all the different channels that you have available to communicate with your target audience, whether that’s through marketing automation or social media.
One of the core things you want to do is set up remarketing on Facebook for cart abandonment. You can use Dynamic Retargeting to show the exact product they were considering on Facebook, Google Display Network, and even on YouTube. Facebook, YouTube, and Google comprise of most of the attention of your target customers.
The second place that you want to focus on capturing lost revenue and dollars into your business is the sales pages you have built. On your sales pages, you want to address any objections that our target audience may have.
The third place that you want to focus on for remarketing is the checkout. Now, you may be thinking, they already completed the checkout, that means they paid money for a product or service, why would I want to remarket to them? You’ve got more products and services. You’ve got more things that you want them to do as they’re purchasing your product.
The next place that you want to focus on if you are in the service business is abandoned application pages. So anytime someone goes on one of these pages you want to make sure that if someone fills out the form halfway, or they don’t fill out the form, that you’re able to remarket to them to remind them that they should complete the form, or make it easier for them to book.
The fifth, final one, that you want to focus on doing is a unique one-time-offer. Unique OTOs are one-time-offers that you’re able to provide when someone goes through the checkout.
Thanks for watching this episode on how you can recollect on the hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions of dollars that you’re potentially losing due to abandonment. I know you’re going to find success once you implement these remarketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, or YouTube.
